In the Incan Empire, the Chasquis were messengers. They were the most highly trained and physically fit Incans - in charge of carrying messages and gifts up to 240 km a day. They were the best of the best. We call this coffee Chasqui because it represents the best of the best from around Peru.

This coffee has a smooth body and mild acidity with classic flavors of brown spice, walnut and raisin with a touch of green apple tartness.

*Orders placed by Sunday 5 pm will be shipped or available for pick up on Tuesdays; Orders placed by Wednesday 5 pm will be shipped or available for pickup on Fridays. Pick up orders will not be available before these times.

We prefer to deliver our coffee whole bean to you for maximum freshness. However, we will grind to your preference at your request.
